‘Tanya & Stacey’ are New Yorkers by birth but Carolinians by heart! They are passionate about all things fitness and believe in fitness for all ages. Their classes are designed with you in mind, whether you are a beginner or advanced, you can “find your fit” here!

Classes Include:

  • Total Body Conditioning (TBC) - A full body workout designed to increase strength, mobility, endurance, & cardiovascular performance.

  • Barre - A hybrid workout class combining ballet inspired moves with elements of dance, yoga, & strength.

  • Kickboxing - Cardio Kickboxing is a high energy workout combining kick boxing drills,punching technique also focuses on lower body strength & abs.

  • Body Burn - Moderate weight with lots of repetition. Small pulses for a full body burn.

  • BOD - 45min strength training intensity, with bursts of cardio.

  • Boot Camp - Will burn fat and calories using a circuit training plan with your own body weight and equipment going from cardio to strength to core.

  • Shred - HIIT style class that cycles through upper body, lower body, cardio, and core for a full body workout.

  • Tabata - This is a Interval training where you work at 100% max from 20 - 30 seconds with a ten sec rest between; then you repeat for the ultimate workout.

  • Lunch Express - 40 minute high intensity interval training going full out until the point of exhaustion!

  • Power Rounds - Powering through 7 minutes each round pushing it all the way! Endurance and total body strength.

  • 15/15/15 - Three workouts in one! Ultimate challenge for the total body. Are you ready?

  • Power Circuit - 40 minute high intensity total boy class. 10 rounds of upper body, lower body, cardio & abs for the ultimate workout.

  • Box/Burn - Boxing intervals with body weight exercises , punching technique, and of course CORE work. All rounds are high intensity but can be modified to your level.

  • Level Up - Advanced Class (No Beginners) This class will challenge you to LEVEL UP! It is you pushing yourself harder and harder every time you perform these exercises for the month. Mix of cardio and strengthtotal body movements with little to no rest!


Zumba

Did someone say DANCE!? Well, we’re taking dance to the next level with this class. Leana is an amazing Zumba instructor and will push you to the next level. You will see some hip hop, Latin, and everything in between. No need to learn complicated movements, just come and dance away some calories in this fun paced class with amazing music.
