Elizabeth Barnacz
I'm so excited to be a part of the WCNC family. I have lived in Holly Springs since I was 11 years old and have seen this small little town grow into what it is today. Being able to serve this community has always been my goal.
I am a licensed massage and bodywork therapist with a heavy focus on assisted stretching. In 2016, my love for helping people began when I joined a peer led workout group in Holly Springs, where I started leading workouts. In 2020, I got my 200-hour yoga teacher training and began working at a company that provided assisted stretching. Enjoying the hands-on work, I decided to continue my education and graduated from The Healing Arts & Massage School in 2022. Sports massage was a huge part of my studies. I even had the opportunity to work on D1 collage athletes. We also studied lymphatic, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, reflexology, and Swedish massage.
When getting a massage from me, you can expect a more therapeutic/sports focus. I may also include revomedic cupping with red light therapy or Gua Sha/scraping in a session. Every massage I give is completely unique, as I listen to feedback from you and your body.

Britt Laxton
As a Somatic Coach and Energy Healer I work with people and their nervous system. I help people who feel stuck and feel like they have tried everything only to be met with the same negative cycles and responses and that they are the problem. I want people to know that what is happening makes sense based off of your experiences and your nervous system. There is nothing wrong with you; you have been given the wrong map to read and the map you need is through your nervous system. Your nervous system shapes every experience you ever have and will have and that is the key to getting the life you desire and bringing back the control in your life that you have been searching for.
It’s time to reclaim your power through your body and start living the life you want!
I have found through my years working with clients that an integral part of the healing process is coaching and accountability. My approach is highly personalized and multifaceted using my intuitive guidance, specialized trainings in somatics and trauma work, as well as my lived experiences in my own life and in working with clients for many years. The magic is in the breakthroughs and clarity you receive, learning that the body does truly keep the score and is the key to healing trauma.
