Energy Healing Sessions at WCNC are tailored to your specific needs; therefore, each session can look and feel different. The goal is for you to work through the energetics behind the ROOT CAUSE of disharmony and imbalance in your body, mind and Soul. Britt Laxton is an Intuitive Healer &
Guide; she uses different modalities such as Reiki, Shamanic Healing, and her intuitive abilities to address, treat, provide guidance and practices to create lasting change.

Energy Healing works by releasing blocks and opening up your energy pathways to bring about deep physical, emotional, mental and spiritual healing. As we remove blocks, restore chakras and release unexpressed pain and trauma, you will find more clarity, vitality and peace. This also helps you to restore your body’s natural ability to heal. Britt considers that the success of each session is how much you are invested in your own healing. Between sessions, you will be given specialized instruction, your Soul work, that will enhance the healing and guidance you receive in your session as well as maintain the energetic shifts. This is how you create lasting change.

How to Prepare

  • Make sure you are hydrated before your session.

  • Please arrive on time and dressed comfortably.

  • Have some free time afterwards to integrate your healing.

  • Drink plenty of water after your session.

 

Yoga

Yin Yoga & Reiki (55 minutes)

You are in for a treat with this magical combination of Yin Yoga finished off with lavendar scented cloths and Reiki. This class is held weekly and is a combination of passive stretches, relaxation and replenishment to your mind and body! The first 40 minutes are spent in Yin poses and the last magical 15 minutes are spent enjoying the healing properties of Reiki. This is a popular class and is sure to have you feeling relaxed, centered and loose!

What is Yin?

Yin Yoga targets the connective tissues, such as the ligaments, bones, and even the joints of the body, such as the hips, sacrum and spine). It is slower and more meditative, giving you space to turn inward and tune into both your mind and the physical sensations of your body. Because you’re holding poses for a longer period of time than you would in other traditional types of yoga, yin yoga helps you stretch and lengthen those rarely-used tissues while also teaching you how to breathe through discomfort and sit with your thoughts.

 What is Reiki?

Reiki is a Japanese technique that supports the body’s natural ability to heal itself. It is also used for relaxation, stress reduction and heals at the mental, emotional, physical and spiritual level. No touch is involved in the Reiki that Britt uses during these classes.
